내용을 간략하게 요약하자면 다음과 같습니다.

 

- 러시아 신흥재벌(Oligarchs) 19명과 가족(47명) 제재 (+ 비자 제한 등)
- 허위 정보 확산 단체(7곳) + 개인(26곳) 제재

Treasury will designate seven Russian entities ; In addition, Treasury will designate 26 Russia and 

Ukraine-based individuals who play central roles in these organizations, enabling the Government of the Russian

Federation’s efforts to spread disinformation and influence perceptions as a part of their invasion of Ukraine.

이번 미국의 추가 제재는 러시아에서 지대한 영향을 끼치는 올리가르히, 그리고 정보 기관 등의 제재인 것으로 보입니다.

뿐만 아니라, 러시아의 제재 관련 위반 행위를 조사하고, 권력층의 불법 재산 압류를 위해 전담 태스크포스(TF) 역시 설치했습니다.
