특히 이번 주, 연준 의장, 부의장, 연은 총재들의 발언까지 이어지고 있어서 변동성이 극에 달하고 있는 추세입니다.

최근 연은 총재 6명의 코멘트들을 종합해서 정리해드리오니, 어떤 시각들을 공유하고 있는지 한 번 살펴보겠습니다.

1. 샌프란시스코 연은 총재(Mary Daly)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"It's really time for the U.S. central bank to start removing some of the accommodation

we've been giving to the economy

I definitely see rate increases coming, as early as March even

St. Louis President James Bullard said the U.S. central bank should start raising interest rates “sooner rather than later

I actually now think we should maybe go to four hikes in 2022

Monetary policy as it stands is “not well-positioned” for high inflation and that interest rates need to rise this year.

Chicago’s Evans said a fourth hike could be on the cards if price pressures didn’t improve.
